New! 2026 Studio

A new era is coming for Echo Mountain Studios. The original vision for Echo Mountain was a mountaintop studio to match its name. But in 2005, we stumbled upon a breathtaking church in downtown Asheville, set up the first studio, and the rest is history. Echo Mountain became the distinct studio it's known as today.

Now, the original vision has returned. In spring 2024, we purchased 68 acres outside Asheville that will be a sanctuary for artists to stay for a day or a week and create their best work. Our new studio is slated to open in early 2026. Our current studio, located in downtown Asheville, will remain open and in operation through September 2025.
